These terms apply to anyone enrolling in or enquiring about classes at Saut-ul-Qur’an Hifz & Tajweed Academy. By booking a trial or a course you agree to them.
The first trial class is free and includes a short level assessment. Trial slots are limited each week and are confirmed by our team over WhatsApp. Enrolment is confirmed only once a schedule has been agreed in writing.
Monthly fees are agreed before classes begin and are payable in advance for the month ahead. Fees shown on this website are indicative; the amount confirmed to you at enrolment applies.
Please give at least a few hours’ notice to reschedule a class. Classes missed without notice are treated as taken. Teachers will always notify you in advance if they need to move a class.
We ask students and parents to treat teachers with respect and to keep the class environment appropriate. We reserve the right to end an enrolment where conduct is persistently unsuitable.
We may update these terms as the academy grows. Enrolled families will be told of any material change before it takes effect.
