When you submit an enquiry or admission form we collect the name, student name, age, country, WhatsApp number, email address and any message you choose to send. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use your information

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a trial class, schedule ongoing lessons and send progress updates to parents. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Communication

We reply primarily over WhatsApp using the number you provide, and by email where you have given one. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will remove your details from our lists.

Children's privacy

Classes for children are arranged through a parent or guardian. We ask that parents complete forms on behalf of children under sixteen and remain contactable throughout the enrolment.

Data retention and security

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you as a student or to answer follow-up questions. Access is limited to academy administrators and the teachers assigned to your classes.
